Shannon Leonard
Shannon Leonard grew up in the East Bay with a love of sports and the outdoors; he always sought the perfect lifestyle. He played hockey at a collegiate level and enjoyed lacrosse, skiing, mountain biking, backpacking, and a myriad of other activities. Shannon majored in sociology and economics at Western State Colorado University, expanding on his interest in lifestyle – how people live and work in their environment, and how their environment shapes them, plus the financial and social impacts of those choices. Soon after college, Shannon moved to Tahoe with his family and found “home.” Excited to share the lifestyle with everyone he met, Shannon started his career managing boat and snowmobile rentals, handling the unexpected at every turn. He enjoyed being outdoors and showing people the excitement and beauty of Lake Tahoe but knew there could be more to service than just playing. Service, building relationships, creating friendships for life, and taking care of people’s needs lead Shannon to real estate.
