Shannon Leonard
Shannon double-majored in Economics and Sociology. He grew up in the East Bay Area and visited Lake Tahoe often growing up. These visits make him familiar with the needs and desires of second homeowners and of relocation buyers in the Tahoe basin. Shannon grew up skiing and enjoying all the beautiful amenities Lake Tahoe has to offer, moving here full-time as soon as he graduated from college. He quickly rose through the ranks to upper management at the two companies he worked for before getting his real estate license. Shannon has solid contacts with many of the key recreation industries that make the Tahoe lifestyle possible. Moving to Tahoe is one thing, but getting wired into the area is another. Shannon has the contacts, knowledge, and experience to help get settled into your new community and participate in all the activities Lake Tahoe has to offer.
