Incline Village & Crystal Bay

Incline Village, Nevada: A sleepy little town on Lake Tahoe’s northeast corner. Incline is on the higher end of the price range in the Tahoe basin because of its location, close to the California border as well as Reno, with beautiful private beaches. Diamond Peak is the locals’ ski area and one of the best-kept secrets on Lake Tahoe. The resort makes up for its smaller size with its accessibility, affordability for residents, and variety of terrain. Some of the best skiing in Tahoe is right in town! Season passes are heavily discounted, and day passes are $25 for residents. The Hyatt casino and Lone Eagle restaurant are very popular with locals and tourists alike. Crystal Bay is a higher-end development on the northern state line just to the west of Incline Village. Some of the best lake views and highest-end condos and homes in the lake basin are located in Crystal Bay. What is IVGID?

IVGID (Incline Village General Improvement District) is a special district that operates the private beaches, the boat launch, pools, rec center, municipal programs, golf courses, and Diamond Peak. Picture passes are required to gain access to the beaches and receive any discounts afforded to residents. Proof of ownership or rental agreement may be presented at the rec center and a card printed out for you and your family members. IVGID is one of the reasons why, historically, Incline Village has been highly desirable and homes hold their value well.
