South Lake adopted Measure T, a sweeping regulation banning all non-hosted (see “more info”)VHRs in residential South Lake, the commercial corridor allows VHRs. However, all multifamily (condo, townhome, and apartment) VHRs are banned in all areas including the commercial corridor. There are two options for owners that are within residential zones, click “more information” There is no cap on the amount of VHRs in City ordinance and the Eldorado County VHR cap ordinance only applies to unincorporated areas of the county (outside of black dotted line in picture to the left).
